TEAM PICNIC There was a team picnic on 26th January'2007. I was not very keen to go, first of all I don’t enjoy picnics with not so close people and then I was the only girl in my team with 15 other guys, So I was wandering if I should go or not. Then I decided I must, as we work together then we must enjoy this picnic also as a team.
I started off from home at 7.00 am and then we gathered at Malad west station. We took a local train to Vasai where we were to go to West Palm Beach Resort. We reached Vasai at 9.00 am.
After that we had our breakfast, first of all we were given similar t-shirts to look like a team. We all wore the t-shirts. In sometime we started playing Volley ball, divided into 2 teams. My team won 1 match and lost the other. Anyways it was fun. Then after that everyone went into the pool, I also was sitting by and enjoying. Then we had our lunch went to the beach next to the resort. It was a pleasant beach and I always love to see the sea. Till the end of the day, everyone was tired and wanted to rush back home.
It was a short picnic but then it was fun and I didn’t get as bored as I had expected.
